Booking and Payment

How do I book?

Visit our booking page here and lock in your date.

Do you require any deposits or upfront payments for your services?

A 10% percent down payment is required.

Payment processing

All invoices (down payment and final) will be delivered via email.

Before the Wedding

Final Wedding Day Timeline

Full schedule from prep → reception
(including key moments you want captured, such as first look, speeches, dances etc).

Family Photo List

Groupings written clearly, noting any sensitive family situations (such as divorces or estrangements).

Contact Details

We require names and phone numbers for the following:

Parents (if applicable).
Maid of Honour (if applicable).
Best Man (if applicable).
The person coordinating family photos.

Location Info

Accommodation, Ceremony and Reception addresses (plus any additional locations).
Parking instructions.
Any venue restrictions (drones, flash, filming rules)
Access codes or gate information
Entry locations for key moments (e.g., ceremony entrance, reception entrance, standing positions, speech positions). We’re happy to help choose these for the best composition and lighting.

Your Preferences

Must‑have shots or moments.
Any “do not capture” requests.
Style preferences (cinematic, candid, documentary, etc).

Audio Requirements (Video)

Any special audio moments you want recorded.

Special Surprises or Events

Flash mobs, fireworks, choreographed dances, cultural traditions.
